平成最後の大晦日
ここのところの悪天候で冬の風物詩である北アルプスが赤く染まるモルゲンロートが見られなかった。今朝５時晴れ、マイナス８度。我猫ジローの主人たちは車のフロントガラス・リヤガラスにびっしりとついた氷を掻き落として城山に登った。東の美ヶ原方面は厚い雲に覆われていたがご来光とともに北アルプスが赤く染まった。常念岳から燕岳までを撮りズームアップをして常念岳を数枚撮影したところで色褪せた。東の空を見ると太陽の姿はなかった。ほんの数十秒の出来事であったが我猫ジローの主人たちは平成最後の大晦日に見たモルゲンロートに満足したようだ。我猫ジローにとっても良い一年であった。
The last day of the year of the Heisei period
Weather is bad recently, so it is difficult to see the mountains of the Northern Alps turn red at the sunrise. In this morning at 5:00: fine weather, -8 degrees. Master scratched and dropped the ice, which windshield and the rear glass of the car had. A thick cloud covered the east sky, Utsukushigahara area, though the Northern Alps turned red at the sunrise for short time of dozens of seconds. Therefore, he was able to take only several pictures. Masters seemed to be satisfied with “Morgenrot”, which they watched on the last day of the year of the Heisei period.

ふたご座流星群
ふたご座流星群（学名 Geminids）の“星空観察会”が千畳敷カール（標高2612m）で開催され、我猫ジローの主人も参加してきた。夕方まで雲一つなく流星群の観察が大いに期待できた。山の天気は分からない。夕食を終えて外に出てみると白いものが舞い始めていた。午後８時過ぎには猛吹雪となった。夜中３時以降は晴れるとの情報に主人は一時間おきに外に出て天候を伺ったが朝方6時頃まで吹雪は続いた。残念ながら流星群も富士山頂からの昇るご来光—ダイヤモンド富士—も拝むことが出来なかったが、主人は嵐の贈り物に微笑みながらシャッターを押した。素晴らしい霧氷に。
Geminids
"The Gemini meteor shower (scientific name Geminids)” was held at the Senjojiki curl (2,612m above sea level). My master participated it. Until the evening, it was all clear and was able to expect the observation of the Geminids. No one knows how the mountain weather would change. When they took a supper and went out, snow had begun to dance. It was a blizzard at past 8:00 p.m. According to the weather forecast, it would be fine after 3:00 at midnight. My master went out and he confirmed weather hourly. The snowstorm continued until about 6:00 in early in the morning. So, unfortunately both the Gemini meteor shower and the sunrise from the top of the Mt. Fuji − diamond Fuji – were not able to watch. However, he pushed the shutter with smile to a stormy present. It was the splendid hoarfrost!
付記３ 今年主人たちの庭と猫の額ほどの畑で印象的だったことをブログの付記として２回書いた。主人たちはもう一つ思い出したようだ。7,8年前に山芍薬を植え2,3年は開花時期になると今年は花をつけるかなと気にかけていたようだがその後は植えたことすら忘れていたようだ。今年その山芍薬が２輪の花をつけた。
Postscript 3
My master wrote the impressive matters that were found in their garden or in their small field as “Postscript” twice. He wants to add one other matter. They planted Paeonia obovata- “yama-shakuyaku” - seven or eight years ago. At the first 2 or 3 year, they seemed to mind when flowers come out, thought they forgot even that they planted it afterwards. The Paeonia obovata produced two flowers in this year.

諏訪湖・富士山遠望
11月から12月にかけて諏訪湖の上空に雲海を見ることが出来る。 今年も主人たちはこの光景を見ようと朝3時に起きて高ボッチに車で出かけた。５時前に高ボッチに着いたが既に駐車場は満車で多くの車が路肩に駐車してあったた。カメラをセットした時は明けの明星が輝き、諏訪湖は街明かりに縁取られていた。街明かりが一つ二つと数を減らすにしたがい何処からともなく雲海が湧き始めた。

People can watch a sea of clouds in the sky on Lake Suwa from November through December. To watch this scene, my masters got up at 3:00 a.m. and went out by car to the Takabocchi-hill. Reached the Takabocchi-hill before 5:00, but the parking lots were already full; many cars were left in the edge of road. When they set cameras, the morning star shined and the Lake Suwa was bordered by many town-lights. As the number of town lights gradually decreased, a sea of clouds has begun to spring out.
追記２
追記１を読んだ主人の奥さんが“我が家の庭の出来事といえばジャガイモにトマトがなったことじゃない”という。ジャガイモの茎にミニトマトのような実が出来たことを思い出したようだ。ネットで調べてみると“トマトとジャガイモは植物学上、同じナス科に分類され、ジャガイモもこうして実をつけることがある”ということであった。

His wife read the postscript 1 written by my master and said to him “it was a very strange thing in our garden that a fruit like a tomato grew to the stem of the potato”. On investigation, it was that "the tomato and the potatoes were classified in the same botany and might attach a fruit to the potato in this way".

冬到来
急な冷え込みに弟分のチュラ(犬）は猫のようにまるまっている。外気温は3度。12月4日の外気温は23度であったので５日間で20度下がったことになる。最近日本各地から季節外れの開花ニュースが届く。我猫ジローの主人も我が家の庭先に３月～４月に咲くラナンキュラス、5月～8月のナデシコとクレマチス、7月～11月のコスモスが咲いているのを見つけた。コスモスは夏に咲いた花のこぼれ種からのもので小ぶりの花を咲かせている。
Chura, my younger brother(dog), rounds his body like a cat under sudden getting chilled. Today, the outside temperature is 3 degrees. The temperature was 23 degrees outside December 4. So, it would fall 20 degrees in five days.
From the various parts of Japan, news of the flowering of the out of season arrives recently. Nekojiro’s master found the ranunculus that bloomed from March to April, the pink and the clematis from May to August, and the cosmos from July to November in his garden.

Postscript) A garden, my master remembers a special scene and he says that it is topics of this year. He had watched a firefly after an interval of 20 several years in his garden.
急な冷え込みに弟分のチュラ(犬）は猫のようにまるまっている。外気温は3度。12月4日の外気温は23度であったので５日間で20度下がったことになる。最近日本各地から季節外れの開花ニュースが届く。我猫ジローの主人も我が家の庭先に３月～４月に咲くラナンキュラス、5月～8月のナデシコとクレマチス、7月～11月のコスモスが咲いているのを見つけた。コスモスは夏に咲いた花のこぼれ種からのもので小ぶりの花を咲かせている。

東京上野の美術展巡り
車窓越しに見る北アルプスにはほとんど雪が認められず、八ヶ岳連峰に至ってはまだ秋の装いのままであることに主人は今年の数々の異常気象現象を重ね合わせているようだった。
上野公園では10月桜がやっと咲き始めイチョウの黄葉と重なったのも温暖化の影響かもしれないと考えたようだ。上野駅の発券所でムンク展とルーベンス展の入場券を購入した際にフェルメール展のことを訊ねたところ13：00からの当日券があるという。我猫ジローの主人たちはラッキーと喜んだ。ムンク展、フェルメール展、ルーベンス展とゆっくりと巡った。各展示会とも見応えがあり主人たちは大いに満足した。
中学高校の教科書で見た“叫び”とチケットと入場口隣の大きなポスターに何か違和感を感じた主人はムンクが複数の“叫び”を作成したことを知って“一つ賢くなったと”喜んだ。

Watching over the train window, my master knew that snow was hardly accepted in the Northern Alps and that the Yatsugatake mountain range was remaining still autumn clothing. He seemed to put these phenomena on many abnormal weather phenomena in this year.
In Ueno Park, he knew that an October-cherry tree, usually blooming in October, began to bloom and blossoms overlapped with the turning yellow of the ginkgo. He doubted it with influence of the global warming.
In a ticket place of Ueno Station, my masters purchased the admission tickets of the Munch exhibition and the Rubens exhibition, and asked about tickets of the Vermeer exhibition. It was so lucky that they could get “a today's ticket from 13:00”. They enjoyed in order of the Munch exhibition, the Vermeer exhibition, and then the Rubens exhibition. Each exhibition was worth seeing, and they were satisfied with them very much.
