桜—追憶2
二度目は4月19日。新幹線を乗り継いで郡山駅に着くと“三春の滝桜と古木の紅枝垂れ桜めぐり”というキャンペーンを見つけた主人達は早々参加を申し込んだ。郡山駅から不動桜、忠七桜、紅枝垂地蔵桜、三春滝桜、三春町内桜と1日満開のしだれ桜を満喫した。生憎の天気で出発した時は小雨であったが、日中は時々日が射した。

My masters visited twice this year to watch cherry trees in Fukushima Prefecture. The second is April 19. They changed two times of Shinkansen and arrived at Koriyama Station. They found a campaign, “Bus tour- Miharu’s waterfall cherry tree and Old cherry trees”. They participated in that special tour.

桜—追憶１
さくらが咲く時期はとりわけて季節が巡るのが早いと主人は感じている。元号が新しくなった５月１日に見たソメイヨシノは一週間で葉桜となり、5月8には山桜が満開になった。主人は吉野山を思い出しながら写真を撮ったがアップする間も無く一週間が過ぎた。もう山々は新緑が眩しくなっていた。今日は朝からコンピューターの前に座っている。
奥さんが福島県の桜巡りをしたいと言ったことから一泊二日で桜を巡るツアーを申し込んだ。出発４日前に開花宣言が出たことから一番いい時期に桜を楽しめると期待されたが、突然の寒波で開花が進まなかった。“来週もう一度来たい”との奥さんの一言で主人は二度福島に足を運んだ。

My master feels that the season changes quickly, particularly cherry-blossom season. Someiyoshino-cherry trees, which he had watched on May 1, had the new-green leaves. Wild cherry trees became in full blossom and he took photographs on May 8, remembering Yoshino-yama last year.

10連休という大型連休も今日で終わる。元号が新しくなった5月１日には肌寒を感じながら山間の桜を愛でた我猫ジローの主人だが今日（6日）は半袖で野良仕事をしていた。寒暖の差が大きかったのも本年の連休の特徴のようだ。連休中、裏庭に山シャクヤクが２輪咲いた。桜といえば主人達は２週続けて福島まで行ってきた。そのうちブログにアップするだろう。

Though my master enjoyed cherry trees in full blossom while feeling chilling on May 1 when the name of an era was updated, he did farm labor with a T-shirt today (May 6). During the holidays, he found two flowers of yamashakuyaku (Paeonia japonica) blooming in the backyard.
