フンザ12 ダルマラージカー Dharmarajika
ダルマラージカーはタキシラにあるガンダーラ地方最初期の仏教遺跡である。紀元前3世紀、マウリヤ朝のアショーカ王がガンダーラ地方で作ったストゥーパをはじめ、多くの僧院や祠堂の遺構がある。最も大きなストゥーパはダルマラージカー・ストゥーパでその基壇は直径46m、覆鉢の高さ14mとあった。
Hunza 12 Dharmarajika
Dharmarajika is the early Buddhism remains in Taxila. There is a special stupa, which was constructed by King Ashoka in the third century B.C. There are also many remains of monasteries and shrines. In remains the Dharmarajika stupa is the biggest one; the diameter of stupa is 46 meters and the height of Fukubachi (inverted bowl-shaped part on top of a pagoda) is 14 meters.

フンザ11 シルカップと博物館
世界遺産タキシラはイスラマバードから車で1時間ほどのところにあった。タキシラは紀元前4世紀ごろから栄えたガンダーラ最大の都市であり、異なる時代に作られた3つの都市遺跡が世界遺産に登録されている。今回はシルカップとダルマラージカーを訪れた。
シルカップは紀元前2世紀に現在のアフガニスタン北部にあったバクトリアのギリシャ人が築いた都市で６世紀まで栄えた。博物館にはシルカップ一帯で発掘された出土品が展示されていた。仏像の展示品では、初期の仏像からギリシャ・ローマの彫刻技法が取り入られて造られた仏像までが経時的に展示されていてその変遷を窺い知ることが出来た。

They went for a drive from Islamabad for almost one hour and visited world heritage Taxila that is the remains of city beginning in the Gandhara times (B.C.6th century). They visited Sirkap and the Dharmarajika this time.
The Greek established Sirkap in the second century B.C. Many excavated articles, which were excavated in Sirkap area, are displayed in Sirkap museum. He knew the changes of the Buddha statue sculpture by seeing those displays.
