梅雨晴れ１ 湯ノ丸高原
明日は梅雨晴れになるだろうとの天気予報をみてレンゲツツジで有名な湯ノ丸山に行こうと主人達は思った。湯ノ丸山の登山口からつつじ平まで往復してレンゲツツジの群落を楽しんだと言う。その後彼らは池の平湿原に向かった。池ノ平インフォメーションセンターから湿原に行く登山道で信州では準絶滅危惧に指定されているイチヨウランを見ることが出来て大満足したと言う。(6/24)

Fine weather during the rainy season 1 Yunomaru Highlands.
My masters expected that it would become the fine weather during the rainy season and decided to go to Yunomaru Highlands that was famous for Rhododendron japonicum. In Yunomaru Kogen, they made a round trip to Tutuji-daira from the starting point of a mountain climb of Mt. Yunomaru and enjoyed stock of the Rhododendron japonicum. Afterwards, they went to Ikenotaira Wet Land. They found Ichiyo-run (Dactylostalix ringens) in the mountain trail. Ichiyo-run is a near threatened species. (Jun 24)

白馬大雪渓
シラネアオイが咲き始めたというニュースに主人達は大雪渓に向かった。猿倉荘から花を探しながら林道、登山道を白馬尻（大雪渓登り口）までトレッキングした。白馬尻手前から軽アイゼンをつけた。白馬尻小屋は今年も営業しないということで小屋は建設されていなかった。小屋から少し雪渓を登ったところでシラネアオイの群生を見つけ、花をめでながらおにぎりを食した。猿倉荘から白馬尻までの登山道に沿って見られた順に写真をアップするという。（6/4）

My masters heard news that “Glaucidium palmatum have started to bloom”. So they went to Daisekkei (Hakuba Snow Valley). They trekked a forest road and a mountain trail from Sarukura Hut to Hakubajiri Hut and found many alpine flowers. As snow was left in the mountain trail, they attached light crampons before arriving at Hakubajiri Hut. They found clusters of Glaucidium palmatum in Daisekkei. They enjoyed flowers and ate rice balls. He will upload photos of flowers in the order they saw along the trail from Sarukura Hut. (Jun.4)

主人は壱岐牛に舌鼓をうった。最近壱岐牛は肉牛のブランド牛であるが、平安時代には牛車を引く駿牛だったという．1310年の「国牛十図」では「筑紫牛、以壱岐島牛称之」と壱岐牛は一番目にあり「美しく、力強く、軽快に走る」と評されていた．

The master tasted Ikigyuu and was satisfied very much. The Ikigyuu is famous as beef cattle recently, but it was Shunngyuu that pulled an oxcart in the Heian era. In the book of the title “Kokugyuu-Juuzu”, it is written that Ikigyuu is the superior cattle to run lightly, powerfully and beautifully.

曾良は江戸時代中期の俳人で松尾芭蕉の『奥の細道』に同行した弟子として有名である。主人は勝本にある曾良のお墓を訪ねた。道すがら御柱を見つけた。案内板には壱岐市と諏訪市は友好都市であると書いてあった。曾良は上諏訪出身であったことが頭に浮かんだ。

海を介して国境と接する島の一つである壱岐は戦いの最前としての歴史がある。古くは仲哀天皇9年に神功皇后が韓国の三韓に出兵のおり風待ちのために勝本港に立ち寄ったこと、元寇では博多湾での攻防に先駆けて壱岐では元軍との決死の戦いが繰り広げられていたこと、豊臣秀吉が朝鮮出兵（文禄・慶長の役）に際し、兵站基地として勝本城が築城された。

Iki has a history of being on the front line of battles during period of war between Japan and the continent. It is said that Empress Jinguu sent troops from the Katsumoto Port to Korea. When the Mongol forces attacked Japan, a desperate battle was developed in Iki. When Hideyoshi Toyotomi sent troops to Korea, Katsumoto Castle was built as a logistic base.

紀元前200年頃には「原の辻集落」が成立し大陸と日本の交易の要として発展したという．今で言うハブ港の役目を果たしていたのだろう．原の辻遺跡を見渡せる一支国博物館には、日本最古の権（錘）、鉄器、トンボ玉や前漢に作られた五銖銭をはじめ中国古代貨幣、朝鮮半島系の土器、そして調理済みの犬の骨などが展示されている．
壱岐の面積は松本市の14%であるがそこに260基あまりの古墳がある(松本市には数基)．古墳が巨石で建造されていることに日本にも巨石文化があったのだと主人はに驚きを隠せないようだった．

Haranotuji was formed approximately 200 years B.C., and it was said that the village developed as a cornerstone of the trade between Japan and the continent. At the Iki Museum*, many artifacts both Jomon and Yayoi periods are on display.
Although the area of Iki Island is 14% of that of Matsumoto city, there are more than 260 old tombs in Iki Island (cf. several old tombs in Matsumoto city). Moreover, the old tombs are megalithic.

壱岐には沢山の小島があるが、特に有名な島が「壱岐のモンサンミシェル」と言われている小島神社である．

Tradition says, "The Iki Island was tied with eight rocks columns so that it did not escape". My master visited two of eight columns, Sakyobana and Hashiramoto. Hashiramoto resembles a monkey closely, so it is called as “Monkey rock” after World War II.
There are many small islands in Iki Island. Among them Kojima Shrine is a famous island as “Mont-Saint-Michel of Iki Island ".

壱岐に出かけた．「魏志倭人伝」には“又南渡一海千餘里、名曰瀚海、至一大國．”と記述されている．“一大国”は石原道博編訳では“一支・壱岐”と訳されている．
壱岐への往路は天候に恵まれ北アルプスを眺め、瀬戸大橋を眼下に臨み、博多港から芦辺港までのジェットフォイルは海面を滑るように航行した．帰路は前々日からの時化でジェットフォイルは前日の午後から欠航となった．当日朝６時前にフェリーの事務所に問い合わせると「郷ノ浦から７時発のフェリーは運航予定であるが他のフェリー、ジェットフォイルは欠航が決まっている」との返事がかえってきたので勝本からタクシーで“春一番の塔＊”が有る郷ノ浦に向かった．運良く一等客室が取れた．快晴であったが高波で下からの突き上げとローリングピッチングで青ざめたと言う．（4/27-5/8）
＊：1859年「春一」という強烈な南風で53名の漁師が亡くなった．気象用語の「春一番」は壱岐が発祥の地．

On the way to Iki Island*, my master could look at Northern Alps and Seto-ohashi from the window of the jet．From the Hakata Port to the Ashibe Port he got on the Jetfoil. The sea was so calm that he hardly felt shaking on the ship.
On the way back from Iki Island, the jetfoil was canceled owing to a rough sea. Therefore he took a ferry．The ferry swayed up and down, or right and left scarily, so he got seasick. (Apr.27-May8).
