新春の便り１
　新年のお重は見当たらない。主人達は二人静かに正月料理を食べ、松本城に出向いた。正門をくぐり抜けた所に蟻ケ崎高校の書道部が制作した書画が展示されていた。例年になく人出は少ない。(元旦)

松本城と北アルプス。お濠には薄っすらと氷が張っていた. Matsumoto-jo Castle and the Northern Alps. Ice formed on the moat slightly.

城内は閑散としている. The Castle is quiet.

Letter at New Year - 1

There are no boxes, which are filled with many foods for New Year holidays. After breakfast, my masters went to Matsumoto-jo Castle. They saw a huge calligraphic work that was written by the member of the calligraphy club of the Arigasaki high school in the place through the front gate. They did not find many people.　(Jan.1)


追記）　昨年（2021年）の11月中旬までは新型コロナウイルス感染が落ち着いていたので２年ぶりに恒例の親族新年会を行う予定をした。12月からオミクロン株による新型コロナウイルス感染がアフリカ、ヨーロッパで急速に広がり始めたことから主人達は年末年始には日本でも流行すると考え12月上旬に新年会を中止することにした。主人達はワンプレートに料理を乗せて正月を静かに祝った。
Postscript)
New coronavirus infection calmed down last year until the middle of November of (2021). They were thinking to celebrate the New Year with relatives at their house in two years after. However, new coronavirus infection with the omicron stock has begun to spread rapidly in Africa, Europe from December. Therefore they gave up New Year’s party.
